Extended License Agreement for Ari Kawaii Digital Products
This Extended License ("Agreement") is entered into between LIH Consulting, hereafter the "Licensor", and the licensee, hereafter the "Licensee". This Agreement permits the Licensee to use, modify, reproduce, and resell the Ari Kawaii Digital Products, either in digital or print format, as a product offering.

Rights Granted by the Licensor
The Licensor grants the Licensee the rights outlined below:
a. The Licensee can modify the Ari Kawaii Digital Products to create unique product offerings, but must retain the original copyright and ownership of the Licensor.
b. The Licensee can reproduce or manufacture the modified Ari Kawaii Digital Products as physical products.
c. The Licensee can resell the modified Ari Kawaii Digital Products to any number of end-users as a product offering.
d. The Licensee agrees to credit the original Ari Kawaii Collection and the Licensor, LIH Consulting.

Restrictions on Usage
a. The Licensee is prohibited from distributing, sublicensing, or reselling, either in whole or in part, the original unmodified Ari Kawaii Digital Products to third parties other than the Licensee's printing or manufacturing partner.
b. The Licensee cannot sell or distribute the modified Ari Kawaii Digital Products as standalone digital products, templates, or digital downloads.
c. The Licensee cannot claim ownership or exclusive rights to the modified and manufactured Ari Kawaii Digital Products.

Responsibility for Warranty and Support
The Licensor does not offer any warranty for the modified and manufactured Ari Kawaii Digital Products and their fitness for purpose. The Licensee is solely responsible for any warranties offered and support given to the end-users who have purchased the modified and manufactured Ari Kawaii Digital Products.

Indemnification
The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold LIH Consulting harmless from any damages, losses, claims, and liabilities related to or arising from the use of the modified and manufactured Ari Kawaii Digital Products by third parties.

Termination and Revocation of License
a. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke the Licensee's license to use the modified and manufactured Ari Kawaii Digital Products if the Licensee breaches the terms of this Agreement.
b. A breach of this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, failing to follow LIH Consulting's credit requirements or attempting to claim ownership of the Ari Kawaii Digital Products.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By purchasing the Ari Kawaii Extended License, the Licensee confirms they have read and understood the provisions of this Agreement and agree to comply with its terms and conditions. LIH Consulting reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time, without notice.
