License Agreement for Digital Products (For Consumers):
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "Licensee" or "you") and LIH Consulting (referred to as "Licensor" or "we"), governing the use of digital products sold by the Licensor. By purchasing and downloading any digital product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Grant of License:
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal and commercial purposes. This license allows you to modify and customize the product to suit your needs.
Restrictions:
a. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the digital product or any derivative works created from it to third parties.
b. You may not use the digital product in any way that violates intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or any proprietary rights of the Licensor or any third party.
c. You may not claim ownership of the digital product itself or any individual elements within it.
Intellectual Property:
The digital product, including all associated graphics, designs, and content, remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Licensor.
Support and Updates:
The Licensor provides no obligation for support or updates of the digital product unless otherwise specified and agreed upon separately. However, we may, at our discretion, release updates or enhancements to the product.
Limitation of Liability:
The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product. In no event shall the Licensor's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the digital product.
Termination:
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and shall remain in effect until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital product and delete all copies from your devices.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates.
By purchasing and downloading any digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
