    By purchasing the Avec Moi L’essence semi-custom branding experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Nature of the Service

    Avec Moi L’essence is a semi-custom branding experience, meaning design elements are thoughtfully customized using pre-designed frameworks and curated assets. This is not a fully bespoke branding service.

    2. Purchase & Payment

    • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

    • All sales are final. Due to the digital and service-based nature of this offering, no refunds or chargebacks are permitted once work has begun.

    3. Required Client Information

    At checkout, you must provide:

    • Your brand name written exactly as it should appear on all branding materials.

    You are responsible for verifying spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Revisions due to incorrect information provided by the client may incur additional fees.

    4. Intake & Scheduling Timeline

    • After purchase, you will receive instructions to complete an initial intake form and schedule your one-on-one branding session.

    • These steps must be completed within 24–48 hours of purchase.

    • Delays in completing intake or scheduling may result in extended timelines for deliverables.

    5. Branding Session

    • One complimentary private one-on-one branding session is included.

    • Missed or no-show appointments without at least 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

    6. Project Timeline

    • Initial deliverables are typically provided within 5 business days after intake and session completion.

    • Full project completion generally occurs within 10 business days, depending on responsiveness and revision turnaround.

    7. Revisions

    • This experience includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in your welcome materials.

    • Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be subject to additional fees.

    8. Digital Assets & Licensing

    • All provided stock photos, videos, icons, and digital assets are licensed for use within your brand only.

    • Assets may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or claimed as standalone products.

    • Designs may not be altered for resale or used to create competing products.

    9. Intellectual Property

    • Upon final delivery, you receive usage rights to the completed branding materials for your business.

    • The designer retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

    10. Client Responsibility

    You agree to:

    • Communicate promptly

    • Provide accurate information

    • Respect timelines and scope boundaries

    Lack of communication or extended delays may result in project pauses or closure without refund.

    11. Results Disclaimer

    While every effort is made to create a strong, cohesive brand identity, results such as increased sales, engagement, or visibility are not guaranteed and depend on factors beyond the scope of this service.
